On your wedding day, having a plan B in case the weather is not ideal is as important as having a great plan A, especially in a city like Chicago where we can experience four seasons in the span of one week. For this chilly fall day, we brought the outside in to recreate an oasis of green and twinkling lights in the middle of the city! Using an installation of hanging Eucalyptus, Edison lights, a sea of candles, a large branch installation and garland draping on all the wooden guest tables, we created the illusion of being outdoors in the open space of The Joinery. We love transforming this gorgeous industrial space in a different way every time, a space that lends itself perfectly to turning a gloomy fall day into a romantic setting, the perfect backdrop for Danielle and Cameron’s September Chicago wedding.
